Cool...the SunPro tach seemed like a better deal to me than getting a stock tach cluster...although it takes away from the cleaner stock look. Oh well..I like it too http://www.hostboard.com/ubb/smile.gif

4-doors kick butt & I in a quandry about that ZC! Woo hoo...it looks like things are going to work out! Yippee...I can smell the oil and grease from the ZC now! :)

Sweet John! I am worried about the A- pillar gauge pod with the auto seatbelts tho!! Have you tried to see if it will be an issue? Finally, somebody else with a 4-door that is looking at similar mods...
The SunPro tach looks pretty sweet with the little supplied bracket up on the pillar. It isn't a nice pod type deal or anything...but it works for now. and it was one little tiny sheet metal screw right in the plastic so it is easy to remove and change later!

hey guys:

Sorry about that i was tired i forgot to tell you my car model. I have a 90 civic std hatchback, it didnt come with a tach which you already know so i need to check my wires to find if i can fit a si cluster in my car. Thats pretty much all i can say i would appreciate some info again on it.

I have the guages but I can't find a guage pod. evreryone has them on backorder. When I was at maple grove I tried buying them directly from autometer and they didn't have any and said that the factory was backlogged. I have too many parts laying around and my mom is getting pissed. I can't wait to see her face when she sees the motor sitting in the garage. http://www.hostboard.com/ubb/biggrin.gif

yeah, i have issues alright http://www.hostboard.com/ubb/smile.gif. and actually, i was gonna have to do all that anyways, cuz i'm puttin in the siR cluster when i do my b16 in a few weeks. and plus..it's not all that hard.. you just have to take the pins out and reassign em..you need the charts (which is what i didn't have, but have now). i'm gonna look for a cluster w/ a tach today..i'll post if i find one.

My car is a 89 DX, I just got a Cluster from a 89 Si and swapped the speedometers so I wouldn?t screw up the mileage on the odometer...It plugged right in and works great...

i have my old 89 si cluster, but the temp gauge needle came off when i was trying to put some indiglo gauges on it (that didn't fit anyways grrrrr!) i don't know if i can fix it or not http://www.hostboard.com/ubb/frown.gif..and that still doesn't do you any good if you have a 90.
